Vuyolwethu Nyangwa was born in the dusty streets of the Eastern Cape (in the second largest township in South Africa Mdantsane) in 1986. A township which is about +-200 kilometers from our Icon uTata Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela called iQunu.

Vuyolwethu Nyangwa a single mother, from Mdantsane in Nondula informal Settlement native unit 1. At a very young age Vuyolwethu had a love for music. Vuyolwethu grew up in a Christian Family where she was brought up in Church attending Sunday school, where she finally had an opportunity to perform in front of crowds.
Within no time she was thee sing leader for her Sunday school choir, which made his grandfather to notice her talent. Vuyolwethu Nyangwa's grandfather was a jazz musician, who took her as a teenager to go and perform with local Jazz bands like Ikhwezi Jazz Band and Monti Jazz Band.Vuyolwethu Nyangwa entered school music competitions and talent search competitions winning first prize.
Vuyolwethu Nyangwa is a dedicated disciplined artist who is multi talented. Vuyolwethu Nyangwa was chosen to go and represent Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality through dance at the SATMA 2010 in the Eastern Cape Fort Hare University for an artist called Binx. She danced for the Mdantsane Arts Centre in many Buffalo City Metro Municipality Carnivals.Vuyolwethu Nyangwa is also following an Acting career with the ECDC.
Vuyolwethu Nyangwa is the pride of Mdantsane a township known for Boxing Champions; she heals from such an environment.
